Libby has really enjoyed helping me cook lately. The other night I let her cook dinner for us! We made Grandma Francis' Taco Soup recipe from her ginormous cook book. Libby dumped all the ingredients together and stirred them in the pan and kept an eye on them while they cooked. She did such a great job. She told me, "Mom, now that I can cook, you don't ever have to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner again!" Too cute!!
We even made triple chocolate cookies that day too-which were TOTALLY yummy!!!
